We acknowledge that educational establishments are working communities and always liaise closely with them to ensure that we work within the constraints of the academic programme.

Health, safety and security are key issues around the entire site and by working closely with the end users to understand their key drivers we are able to concentrate fully on programmes and work methods which minimise disturbances during teaching and exam periods and ensures that disruptive work is programmed at less sensitive times.

Recent successful projects have clearly demonstrated our ability to deliver fast track school, college and university projects to programme and budget whilst maintaining excellent relationships with the client management team and end users.

• the £620k single storey classroom extension and associated internal refurbishment at Manor Green Primary School, Crawley for WSCC. The school caters for primary children aged 2-11 years who have learning difficulties and additional needs
• the £110k reconfiguration to create a new care suite facility and staff welfare accommodation at Ashdown School, Crowborough for ESCC. From being approached on 1 July 2019 to work with the client team to develop and price the design and specification, the fast-track project was completed and handed over in readiness for the start of the Autumn term on 4th September 2019
• the £740k refurbishment, negotiated on an open book basis due to client requirements, of vacant areas to extend the library facilities at University of Sussex
• the £154k internal refurbishment and reconfiguration of pupil welfare accommodation at North Lancing Primary School for WSCC
