The sympathetically undertaken high specification refurbishment of a period property, that had been neglected in the second half of the 20th century, located in the heart of the historic town of Lewes.
Despite the age and nature of the property, the renovation incorporated a high level of services and technological installations. These include underfloor heating, Smart Glass, audio visual installations, access controls, lighting controls, IT installations, automated window blinds and a mist fire suppression system. The external envelope has been brought back to life by the refurbishment of the period sash windows, plastering and decorations of walls, repointing to brickwork and installing a new slate tiled roof.
