Cheesmur are pleased to be starting works to provide the design and construction of a new two storey Sports Hall and Classroom extension at Windlesham School in Hove. Having completed a detailed value engineering exercise to enable the Client to achieve their budget, we’ve been able to deliver a pre-commencement enabling works package whilst the Client was awaited Planning Consent for amendments. The site is adjacent to the playground so we’ve been able to deliver these works, including groundworks, demolition and new electricity main, over the 6 week summer holiday period and our team will be working closely with the Client and Project Team to ensure that the main works are delivered with minimum disruption to pupils, staff, parents and visitors whilst the school continues to remain fully operational.
