• new extension and the complete refurbishment and re-ordering works for Notcutts Ltd at their operational Garden Centre in Ditchling including a new cafeteria and commercial kitchen, external play areas and new polytunnel display areas, value £2.7m
• the £2m demolition of the existing Clubhouse and the construction of new two-storey accommodation at Dale Hill Golf Club to provide 14 staff bedrooms and 10 en-suite hotel rooms.
• the £70k refurbishment of an existing office unit in Woodingdean, Brighton.
