Cheesmur's facilities management team undertakes many planned and responsive maintenance projects for private and commercial clients, local and regional authorities, registered providers, NHS Trusts and educational establishments. Much of this work being delivered through long term framework and maintenance agreements.

Properties served by our team include residential care homes, local government premises, affordable housing, hospitals and medical facilities, charities and retail outlets across the region.

Cheesmur also provide an emergency responsive 24/7 call-out service for 365 days of the year.

Our real time project specific job and cost monitoring systems, customised to meet each clients’ requirements, are made available through a remote access portal, providing all clients with accurate and up-to-date progress and cost data.

• the responsive term maintenance contract for Tunbridge Wells Town Council providing planned and emergency responsive services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• the responsive term maintenance contract for ESCC providing planned and emergency responsive services 24/7, 365 days per year (recently secured for the fourth term in succession).
• working for ESCC, delivering a term contract for bespoke minor adaptations, providing mobility solutions to private and affordable residential properties as specified by occupational therapists
• the multi phased BMTrada approved fire risk assessment upgrade programme for University of Sussex to properties both on and off campus
• delivering planned and responsive maintenance works for a number of social housing, commercial retail and charitable organisations
