With considerable experience in the health sector, including works completed for a number of private clients, Cheesmur have worked closely with a number of local health authorities and hospitals.

These projects have been provided as part of a Framework as well as through negotiation and traditional single stage tendering.

Recent projects include the refurbishment and upgrade of a Mental Health ward within an operational hospital building, the refurbishment of 12 Community Health facilities across Sussex, Kent and Hampshire, new doctor’s surgeries, extensions and refurbishments to hospital premises and large scale roof repairs and plant replacement.

• the £800k NHS Community Upgrades Project, undertaking alterations, refurbishment and redecoration works across 12 sites for Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust
