The site was a former garage in Portslade which required the demolition of the existing buildings before the project could begin.
The project involved the construction of nine New Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 townhouses, together with associated external works. As the adjacent properties (mainly residential) were occupied throughout, disruption had to be kept to a minimum through regular liaison with the neighbours, keeping them informed of progress and activities for the duration.
