Having started out as an apprentice bricklayer Andy quickly stepped up to a working foreman, spending 10 years on the tools learning all aspects of the build process from foundations upwards whilst continuing to gain qualifications in estimating and surveying.

Progressed to site management overseeing and delivering multiple different types of build including large bespoke high spec residential homes, commercial refurbishment projects, heritage schemes reordering churches and educational work extending and improving many schools.

He has achieved Chartered Construction Manager status.

Andy Joined Cheesmur in 2019 as Site Manager bringing 30 years’ experience in the construction industry. He has now moved into Contracts Management in our main contracts department hoping to share his technical knowledge with others to deliver multiple high quality projects on time and within agreed budgets.
